Most designs for part cooling fans and blowers for Delta printers tend to reduce the available print area due to the chance of colliding with the printer columns or with the effector rods during printing. The intent of this design was to avoid this issue by "clinging" the design around the effector plate and careful consideration of all critical head positions to avoid collision.
