Wanhao Bed Screw Cover

This is a index cover for the print head screws to aid adjusting.
The Adjusting screws are M3 with a 0.5mm pitch,
The cover has 10 points so that the distance between each point represents 0.05mm,.
Therefore to adjust the corner and reduce the gap by 0.1mm turn the screw 2 points Clockwise.

The 2nd file is a small label to print out and stick to the tower to remind you of the direction to turn depending on the adjustment.

The 3rd file is a levelling test Disk, it is 0.2mm thick.
