Adjustable holder for Z optical endstop

Simple adjustable holder for Z optical endstop. LM8UU linear bearing will fit inside to ensure smooth movement and no wobble. Thread the slider with 5M screw-tap and make a 5mm hole to the clamp. Threading the thread directly into the slider works better for me than adding the nut. Use M5 lead screw. I have made my on lathe, leaving the bottom part smooth and threading only the top part.
