Port of OpenSCAD modules to OpenJSCAD

I'm really loving OpenJSCAD, especially with the Atom code editor and the [atom-jscad plugin](https://atom.io/packages/atom-jscad) so it's time to give a little back. Porting OpenSCAD to OpenJSCAD isn't terribly difficult, so as I port libraries, I'll post them here (if their license allows).
