Titan extruder fan mount for GDT turbo blower

This is a remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1571526. My version is designed to fit a GDT turbo blower, so it has a wider outlet and a inlet, also the screw holes are placed to fit it perfectly and has a cutaway for the titan tensioner wheel.
