Cl-260 Firmware - Marlin 1.1.0 first try

Hey guys
I'm trying the new Marlin 1.1.0 on my old cl260. The configuration here is for a Ramps1.4 and the drivers that comes with the printer, the A ones.

I will be updating a new one for my MKS mode has well.

Please review the code before testing, although it looks and works ok for me it could not work well for you .

Important: I'm not using the BL touch with the new one, still deciding if I will ever use that again :).
