6 Spoke "Ball Socket" Spinner

So, thanks to my kids.... I've been supplying the locals with Fidget Spinners. Using the typical Skateboard Bearings for weights, and Ceramic "Hybrid" bearings for the center bearings....

But I kept thinking there had to be a better way. I had seen ball bearing spinners on here, but they required you to heat the bearing and melt it into place. I started worrying about younger children getting the ball out of this type of spinner and swallowing them. So I decided to model up a "Ball socket
