Anet A8 Titan Mount plus probe

I have just upgraded my Anet A8 to use a E3D V6 and Titan extruder. found this mount for the Titan, and i have modified it for work with a Fan mounts and 18mm probe.

had to make a little mod to the design, adding another cut out for the fan mount. see V2
