8mm Smooth Rod Extender for Anet A8

My smooth 8mm rods weren't long enough after the E3D V6 Hotend upgrade, so I made this. You might need to add painters tape to the piece that inserts into the frame, just enough to make it a tight fit (depending on your printer). It gets rid of the need for the rod holders that come with the printer.
