31mm Filament Spool Rod for HICTOP printers

A rather simple 31mm diameter rod that's threaded for the bolt HICTOP uses as a filament spool holder. Most of my filament spools have a 32mm core, so this rod lets them spin more smoothly.

I'm happy to make other diameters if anyone wants one. If you don't have any spools with that small a core diameter, you might as well have a larger diameter rod. :-)

Also included is a threaded end cap for the HICTOP rod. It will screw onto either end of the rod.
