Belt Tensioning Carriage for Delta Printer

This is a tensioning carriage for a D300VS delta printer. It allows the belt to be easily tightened with a small bolt, while checking the belt tension.

To make three carriages it requires these parts (in addition to the ones that came with the D300VS):

* 3 x 4mm diameter x (50mm to 60mm) long bolts, matching nuts, and 6 washers (two per bolt)

* 6 x 6mm diameter x (16mm to 20mm) long bolts, matching nuts, and 6 washers (one per bolt)
