45 Adapter base and cap for customization

Basically a 45 vinyl adapter piece which I designed and created a cap piece for. The pegs on the cap should be able to fit nicely into the holes on the base. I designed this mainly because I couldn't find an easily customizable 45 adapter on here. To customize simply save the design and use something like 123d to edit something on top of the ca
