Extruder designed for my CTC prusa i3 pro B kit to replace the stock extruder.
The extruder uses a ball bearing and a spring OR m3 bolt to tension the parts. The bearing is kept in place by any m4 bolt/screw.
Bearing: u604zz u-groove (any bearing with Ø4mm ID and max Ø14 mm OD will work)
spring: Ø10 spring with inside dimension of Ø8 mm (the one i used is 25 mm long)
The part can be printed without support.
This extruder is based on the minimalistic Mk7 replacement from whosawhatsis
