Edit 04/2019 : On request, I added a shim for the Bl Touch and an offseted fan mount for a volcano hot end. Not tested!
Front Carriage
Titan extruder mount remixed from the dorsai3d's one with 2 offsets :
-an offset on Y axis for steppers that are not pancake. It gives enough space for the belt attachment screws.
-and an offset on Z axis to set the titan above the front frame rail (rail N). It allows to earn back some print volume on Y axis. See also this thing to get the full Y axis print
