Bearing adapter for direct drive (UM Original)

When realising a direct drive for an Ultimaker Original, you usually don't get around to organise new 8mm rods.
This adapter relocates one bearing by 16mm. This is enough for mounting Calum's direct drive setup including the more rigid refined version on the opposite side. The adapter consists of a holding for the bearing, a round plug which goes into the original hole in the Ultimaker wall panel and holdings for the M3 hex nuts which are used for fixing the end caps.
