Cr10 integrated duct and fang assembly

After breaking the fang mount several times i decided to take the remix of the cr10 hotend cooling duct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350437 and combine it with the fang https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2244140 to make one piece, The fang file had some holes in it that i patched but there is still a sliver hole where the two fangs meet but its very small.
