Hypercube XY Joiner for 3/8" rods, and IGUS Drylin RJ4JP-01-08.
I've also included an untested version for 10mm rods.
Sliced in Simplify 3D with -.15 mm horizontal size compensation. The bushings should fit absolutely perfectly, so adjust accordingly.
