Use a mirror image of the file to print the opposite side, and make sure you use the exact same settings for both sides, or they'll come out different (as mine did in the pictures)...
LCD screen is a Waveshare 7" LCD 1024x600... the 800x480 will also fit. I use hot glue to mount my screen.
