Hictop Ender 2 LCD and Control Mod

I wanted to change the viewing angle of the LCD and the controller was on the same board. I angled it all up a bit more so when I'm using my remote camera or operating it, its easier to see. It fits nice and snug. You'll need 4 more nuts and bolts with the original ones to attach it.

9/15/2017 - Adjusted the LCD opening a bit so it covers better and moved the knob hole (lol) down a bit.
