This is the fourth revision of a part I designed for my Folgertech FT5 3D Printer. It is designed to fit with the 713Maker.com ultralight carriage and fit using existing hardware to the frame. You will need M3x12 Cap Head screw and M3 Nylock hardware to mount the fan and connect the two halves of the assembly.
For mounting the back plate to the frame and motor, I was able to reuse the existing hardware.

Printing this is easiest if the duct is printed with the opening on the build plate.
