Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1 Z-probe bracket for BLTouch

This is a z-probe bracket for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1, with probe hole spacing intended specifically for the BLTouch probe.

It's intended specifically for the i3 v2, as it's designed to fit around the newer rounded bearings of the x-axis carriage. I got the idea for attaching the bracket to the lower bearing bolts from rativiv's BLTouch mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2042894), but I was unhappy with the fact that his mount resulted in a probe offset of about 55mm back and 20mm
