For use specifically in S+E's Titan Extruder kit intended for the Original Prusa i3 MK2. This mount will allow you to use a larger 20mm thick 40x40mm axial fan as a quieter alternative to the normal radial blower fan. I found that 10mm thick 40x40 fans didn't have enough pressure to to cool properly. I'm still waiting on my Noctua A4-20 PWM fan to arrive to test this out, but on paper it should work well.

I've printed the part without support in PC-ABS.
