HICTOP LCD on the bottom

I am so spoiled by my Rostock and Original Prusa i3 having the LCD on the base that I decided to see what I could do for the HICTOP. I also find that having the LCD on top of the frame meant that it limited what could be done to the top :-)
I first tried to remix the Prusa design but quickly found that the display stood too tall and interfered with the Y-Axis travel.
