E3d V5 triple 40mm fan

After searching thingiverse i realize that there is not triple 40mm fan e3d v5 fan holder setup. so i decided to remake it to accomodate 3 40mm fans. The fan duct holder fan mounting hole also being increased to accomodate a m3 screw. There is a short video showing this fan setup in works, it produces very less vibration.
