Parametric Top-mount for Geeetech Prusa I3 ProB

During my time spent working on a mod for the geeetech i3 pro b top-mount I realized that none of the other top-mount models on thingiverse match the dimensions of the stock-parts.

So I've created a minimal top-mount that can act as an accurate reference for remixes.
Depending on your printer you should adjust the `Default tolerance` and `Inner Bore Tolerance` (i should probably have named that cell inner-diameter tolerance) in order to avoid having a too-tight fit.
