Base and fan are moved over 4.5mm to to the left so it actually works with the Cii cooler, without the need for extra washers.

You will need to 16mm M3 screws to attach the fan to the base. The screw holes are very tight, you will want to get them started by hand before attaching the base. Push and twist the screw until it gets started and then screw it in 1/4 to 1/2
