TEVO bracket for base right Z: no bottom

This is a remix of one of Thingirob's Tevo Tarantula Brackets. Specifically the R_Z_Base file. I am using the Tarantula lower left bracket with vertical support and no bottom from RuiJC so I needed a right bracket also without bottom.

I'm using M3 screws but you can also use M4 screws.
