Anet A8 Strain Relief for Hotbed/Y Axis with Drag Chain

UPDATED: Fixed male/female of the chain direction. Added Frame Mount, Chain Link, and Chain Bar. Increased holes in Bottom for easier zip tie use. Extended top for better relief.
