Taz 7 style hybrid bed belt clamp for a Taz 6

The Taz 6 belt clamp is weaker than the one the Taz 5 and previous had, and has been a source of issues for the otherwise generally more robust taz 6. The new Taz 7 beta parts look better, but they changed the geometry on them so they don't line up with the stock taz 6 mount spots. This project combines the Taz 6 and Taz 7 styles, taking the better elements from both, and combines them into a taz 6 form factor.
