Sleeve Case for Raspberry Pi2/B+ with enlarged camera cable slot

This is yet another remix derived from walter's Raspberry Pi B+ sleeve. I liked the design and wanted to use it to be able to hang the Pi (running octoprint) off the side of my printrbot simple meta using ElmoC's supports (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:122064). But I needed a camera ribbon slot.
