Baiway TK15 Coulometer handlebar holder

This is a simple holder and console to mount a Baiway TK15 "Coulometer" battery monitor to the handle bar of a bicycle or scooter. The holder includes the mounting bracket for the handle bar. Bracket is designed for 22mm diameter handelbar. Console is behind handle bar and right side of bracket.
