Rear Light Mount for Standard and Fatbike Rear Pannier Rack

This was designed for a fat bike rear rack like the [Axiom Fatliner](http://www.vermontbicycleshop.com/axiom-axiom-fatliner-fat-bike-rack-black.html "Axiom Fatliner"). It can still be used in the current form with other racks, though the holes for mounting may not line up with your particular rack. I've used this on a regular rack with zip ties. It is also pretty easy to drill the needed holes per what ever rack you have.
