makergear m2 heavy duty filament drive

this is a modified version of zeeflyboy's filament drive. it has been altered to fit the stock peek hot end insulator and a filament tube support has been added to the top. i included the s3d factory file with settings for real fine detail. you can load up some abs in your machine and just run that. temps are set for a v3b extruder.
