Prusa I3 MKS2 improved Extruder Cover

Using the silicone sock I noticed that the small lip at the cover got in contact
with the hot sock and after some time got weak and distorted and pulled the eye
for the fan duct with it downwards.
Not much but so that my sense for symmetry could not bear it.

I improved the great (they could not know I would use a sock) prusa-cover
making a little space for the heat-block covered in the sock for not to touch the
cover. Adding a small vent-hole to that air-pocket to flush it slightly.
