brushless BWHOOP B-03 micro brushless Quadcopter Frame

This frame converts the Boldclash Bwhoop B-03 to a brushless quad using a 4in1 ESC and [Silverware](https://github.com/silver13/BoldClash-BWHOOP-B-03/) firmware. The motor mounts are BR070x's. I used Walkera Ladybird props.
There's also an [1103 version](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2698801). The batteryclip is designed to hold a 260/300mAH 1S lipo.

I had to move the programming plug up to make it all fit with the racerstar 6A 4in1 ESC.
