Froggy the Bwhoop B-03 brushless quad with mount option

[Bwhoop B-03](http://www.boldclash.com/boldclash-bwhoop-b-03-micro-drone-p3.html) based brushless 1103 with rooftop that can be used to attach optional camera or the like. In my case it will be populated by a [Mobius mini](https://www.mobius-actioncam.com/packages/mobiusmini/) (PCB only).

I had to move the programming plug up to make it all fit with the racerstar 6A 4in1 ESC
You'll need to [Silverize](https://github.com/silver13/BoldClash-BWHOOP-B-03) the FC to support the brushless motors.
