In order to make your models look perfect, sometimes it is needed to process edges with a file. If you print that and glue up a piece of sandpaper (i.e. with ABS juice), you'll get flat and semicircle file (rasp). On my real photos sandpaper is yellow.

SolidWorks source attached, feel free to customize. Simplify3D factory file too.
