Anet A8 Z motor mount for use with motor damper

this is a Z motor mount to keep the smooth rod off the motor when using dampers

for those who dont know, a damper gors between the frame and motor
it preforms 2 functions
1) it make the motors quieter
2) by seperating the motor from the frame, it lessens the chance of resonance. and resonance can result in severe vibrations that shake the printer vilonently.

if the rod is sitting on the damper then heres 2 issues with that.
a) the damer is bypassed, lessening the damers effictively.
