Hypercube Dual 5015 Blower 40mm Hotend for E3D V6

This is a remix/mashup of donnyb99's dual 50mm blower fan for the Hypercube (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2583328) and PETFlasche's 40mm E3D fan duct with integrated clamp (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2489214).

I also updated donnyb99's ducts so they're a little longer and direct the air more focused at the extruded plastic and further away from the heat block/nozzle/thermistor which should help maintain steady temperatures when the fans kick on.
