CR10s Extruder Cover

This is a remix of of a few sources. The other versions I found did not leave any room to release the tension on the extruder. This version has a place for the cable to hang, enough room to work the lever and also holds the CR10s Filament Sensor. I've included the cover, which was not modified.

None of this work is my own, just modified these pieces to work for my setup. This also includes the clip for the X-Axis Cable Tray, which works quite well, as does the filament sensor.
