sturdy extruder flag for CR-10

Sturdy version of Cornely_Cool's extruder flag. This is sturdy enough to allow manual operation of the extruder while powered down. This can help when inserting or removing filament or trying to debug filament jams.

I also included a little test piece to check the fit on the motor shaft.
