Anet A6 12864 LCD case for AM8 (Anet A8 Metal Frame)

This is a remix of the case from Leo_N but i made it completly from scatch... (cause editing a stl file is a pain in the a..)
It's designed to be attached to the side of the AM8 frame.
I added 3 versions of the case (with a SD card reader, a µSD card reader and no card reader at all).
It's designed to be sturdy as it will be stressed by the user :)
I encouraged you to attache it to both side of the frame but the top side is ok.
To do so you'll need 2-4 M5 screws.
