cover CR10 cr10s Creality extruder

Thanks to "KariKemppainen" and "Greg191134" I had the crazy idea of uniting them. Taking the right measures and precautions I developed this object putting a bit of my creativity. Why the separate coverage? For stamapre without support, it would be to show it the STL; central part, the finishing would be mediocre output. The air intakes are used when making long prints, and the tray cleans wire to remove any residue.
