Tevo Little Monster 30mm hot-end fan replacement with a 40mm one

This is a fan-duct add-on to the Tevo Little Monster that will replace the 30mm hot-end fan with a 40mm quieter one. The blower style mount results in the quietest 3D printer I've ever had, though I did have to reduce the voltage from 24v to 14v. However keep in mind the blower fan has linear air-flow so it takes very little speed to out-perform the axial style fans.
