RF100 V2 Cable & Filament Holder

This holder for the Renkforce RF100 V2 is useful when the metal case of the extruder is removed, e.g. if you want to add an additional cooling fan. It serves two purposes, i.e., the filament is guided, similarly to the original metal tube (see also this thing), and it holds the cable to avoid strong bending and wear. No additional parts are needed, the original screws can be reused.
