Better Bike Light Holder for Threadless Stem

A centered light holder for threadless (A-head) stems. Small print and an extremely simple attachment system. The holder is attached with a single piece of bungee cord that keeps both the light and the holder in place. The grooved version is exactly the same, but I added grooves for better friction between light and holder.
