Anet A8 Power Supply Plug and Switch

This is a quick and easy upgrade to give the standard power supply a proper plug and a switch. I guess you could add a fuse inline as well, but I decided to do without one.

This cover is mostly functional, not structural, and the plug is provided for convenience in transport. Please support it when plugging in or unplugging.
