MasterSpool Remix

This design is inspired by the awesome MasterSpool concept by RickRap https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2769823. It uses roughly 20 percent less material and prints 15 % faster than RichRaps MasterSpool V4 while maintaining more stability than is needed.
I also increased the number of storage options for the filament end.
It can be used with 1.75 mm, 2.84 mm and 3 mm filaments. I designed it for optimal print quality with 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm nozzles and layer heights of 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm.
