Ultimaker 3 Extended Spool Holders

I put wings on my UM3 Extended - the rear spool holder doesn't work well for my setup. The ones you see in the picture were printed on my MakerGear M3 IE - with a .5 nozzle, .4 layer height, and a .6 layer width, via Simplify3D. If you use these settings with 4 perimeters, the spool portion comes out very smooth and strong. Width of the spool part is 4.8mm (or .6 x 8). The same goes for the base portion. The ones in the pics are printed in PETG and ABS - I wanted to see the differences in these
