Dial Indicator Mount for 2020 Extrusion

A dial indicator (available from AliExpress for less than $7) is a useful tool in leveling the bed on most any printer. I wanted to mount one on my Ender 2 but the mounts I could find on Thinkiverse were either difficult to print or did not accommodate the plastic trim on the Ender 2. The mount I designed will snap onto the 2020 beam and can easily slide side to side.
